We transitioned from JP Morgan to InstaMed mid-October to offer ACH/EFT payments. For providers that were previously enrolled with JP Morgan but have not yet signed up with InstaMed, payments will be made by check until enrollment is complete. To enroll for future ACH/EFT payments visit InstaMed's website at https://www.instamed.com/hcpa/.
If you are a new enrollee, there may be a delay in receiving payments via ACH/EFT. During the delay, payments will be made by check.
